Beginners and seasoned meditators are welcome at these events. Chairs are available. Please bring your own sitting cushion if you use one. Suggested donation is $10-$15 or whatever you can afford. Thursday mornings and quarterly sittings include sitting and walking meditation, dharma talk and discussion, with relaxed forms.

Monthly Book Club on the intersection of racial justice issues and dharma. We will take up the words and voices of people of color, and look together at the intersections of race, culture and Buddhist practice in the U.S. With Chris Fortin and Sarah Emerson.

Each month we will read half a selected book, and look together at how Zen practice can support uprooting and liberating racial conditoning. The book for October and November will be Tears We Cannot Stop by Michael Eric Dyson.
