DANA
Dana - The Practice of Generosity
The Dharma Heart Zen Sangha welcomes all people, and offers the teachings of the Dharma to all.
Hoka Chris Fortin, Zen priest and guiding teacher, provides a framework and refuge for our Sangha family. She shares the Dharma, encourages us to seek our way, and holds us in community.
The Sangha is entirely supported by dana (gifts) given voluntarily by participants. Dana is an expression of our gratitude and is used primarily to support our teacher, and retreat and honorarium expenses.
DHZ is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization. All donations are tax-deductible (IRS Tax ID #99-1456749).
Setting up a monthly giving plan helps provide steady support for the Sangha and can help maintain a personal practice of generosity.
Please contribute whatever feels right for you, at the interval that’s right for you. No one is turned away.
