The next Doan Ryo practice is scheduled for August 16 from 10:00 -12:00pm at the Yulupa Cohousing community room. The Doan Ryo is the group of sangha members who play the bells and drum and lead the chanting during services and ceremonies.

We welcome and encourage beginners as well as veteran participants to join us. During the session we review tips about using the bells and drums and chanting. 

We all help each other and practice services several times for each role. This is a hands-on experience. After participating at the practice session, we sit with you and guide you during an actual service so you have support. No need to have any musical training.

Finally, we are a lovely bunch of sangha members who want to help out during the services. If you would like to join, please come to the practice session.
